Short movement breaks for desk-heavy days

Website agreement
Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 May 2026. These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website operated from Denmark at natureibeaut.world (the Site). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use. The Site is offered subject to mandatory Danish and EU consumer protection rules that cannot be contractually waived to your detriment.
1. Operator and governing law
The Site is operated by Natureibeaut.ddd, Danish CVR 43982524, Kongensgade 66, 2.TV, 5000 Odense, Denmark (email: hello@natureibeaut.world, phone +45 22 55 96 01).
These Terms are governed by Danish law, excluding private international law rules that would refer to another law, except where mandatory rules of another country apply to you as a consumer. The venue for disputes is the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to non-waivable rights under EU consumer law (including the right to bring proceedings in your Member State of residence where applicable).
The Site is published in English for readability. That language choice does not displace mandatory Danish consumer, marketing, or data-protection rules that apply to you when you are a consumer in Denmark or when Danish law applies under EU rules.
2. Nature of the Site and medical disclaimer
The Site publishes general lifestyle and movement information. It does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or other professional health services and does not create a practitioner–client relationship. For personal advice, consult a qualified professional registered or authorised under Danish or local rules.
3. Services, price, and consumer rights
General browsing of editorial content is currently provided without charge. If we offer paid digital content, events, or subscriptions in the future, the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) and related rules (including pre-contractual information, right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable, and complaint deadlines) will apply to consumers in Denmark and, where mandated by EU law, to consumers in other EEA states. Such offers will be accompanied by specific terms and a clear total price in Danish kroner or another currency as stated.
For electronic identification consistent with Danish practice for traders, the Site displays our operating name, address in Denmark, telephone, email, and CVR number in the footer, on the contact page, and in our policies. Where VAT applies to a future paid supply, it will be stated clearly at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) attempt unauthorised access to our or third-party systems; (b) introduce malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks; (c) scrape or harvest data in a way that impairs the Site or breaches applicable law; (d) use contact channels to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited commercial messages contrary to the Danish Marketing Practices Act (markedsføringsloven); or (e) infringe intellectual property or personality rights. We may suspend access where misuse is reasonably suspected.
We do not send electronic direct marketing (e.g. newsletters or promotional SMS) without a valid legal ground under markedsføringsloven, normally prior consent for consumers, with a simple unsubscribe where applicable. Contact form replies relate to your enquiry only unless you separately agree to marketing.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own copyrights, trade marks, and other rights in text, layout, graphics, logos, and software on the Site. You may view and temporarily download content for private, non-commercial use. Any further reproduction, public performance, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent except where limited exceptions under the Danish Copyright Act (ophavsretsloven) apply (for example quotation with attribution).
6. Third-party links and embeds
Links and embeds (including maps) are provided for convenience. Third parties process data under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or processing practices.
7. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which comply with the GDPR and Danish implementation law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory Danish law, including the Danish Act on Contracts (aftaleloven) and consumer protection legislation, we are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of or reliance on general information on the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct loss in connection with free use of the Site is, where Danish law allows limitation, limited to circumstances involving gross negligence or intent on our part, unless a stricter standard applies to consumers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful, nor does it limit any liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Consumers may obtain guidance from the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Forbrugerstyrelsen) via forbrug.dk, including information on approved complaint boards (klagenævn) and other redress routes. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR) is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a specific body unless we expressly agree in writing for a given product or service.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, labour disputes, pandemics, or changes in law, provided we use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.
11. Amendments
We may amend these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after notice of material changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by Danish law; for consumers, material adverse changes to paid services may require a separate process as required by forbrugeraftaleloven.
12. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable under Danish law, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Paid promotion and destination transparency (including Google Ads)
If you reached this Site through an online advertisement (for example Google Ads in Denmark or elsewhere), the advertisement must match what you find here: editorial lifestyle and movement education, transparent business identity, working contact details, and accessible legal pages (Privacy, Cookies, Terms). We do not use ads to promote prescription treatments, unapproved supplements, or “miracle” health claims.
Advertising platforms apply their own policies, including Google’s Advertising Policies, Destination requirements, and Healthcare and medicines rules where relevant. Where Google ad or measurement tags are used, we also follow Google’s EU User Consent Policy together with our cookie controls and Consent Mode v2 defaults described in the Cookie Policy. Meeting those policies is a shared responsibility: our landing pages avoid guarantees, avoid suggesting that editorial drills replace clinical care, and clearly label illustrative events and non-transactional demos. If you believe an ad or landing page is inconsistent, contact us first so we can review it.
